Complete Football Development

At Ikorodu City Academy, we offer an all-year-round football development program for our different age categories. With our professional coaches and trainers, we offer comprehensive football training and methodology to every player of the Academy. Infused in our football curriculum, is an off-the-pitch and practical football routine, where players are made to interface with local coaches and technical trainers from our foreign football club partners.

International Football Tour

Ikorodu City Academy, over the years, has built exclusive collaboration with professional Football Academies and Clubs in Europe as well as Football Agencies and tournament organizers. Through this relationship, the Academy has successfully placed its players in top clubs in Czech Republic, Spain and Portugal.
At the Academy, all age categories will be given the opportunity to participate in yearly international tournaments and football tours across Europe.

Biennial Football Scouting Competition

Ikorodu City Academy hosts a biennial football Scouting Competition, which is opened for the Under 15 and Under 19 players only. However, outstanding under 11s are given an opportunity to showcase their football skills and talents.
The Competition features Presidents, Sport Directors, Scouts and FIFA licensed agents from top clubs in Europe, who are keen on developing grassroot football in Nigeria and Africa.

International Trials & Football Career Pathway

Outstanding players of all age, who are keen on attending football trials in Europe are given the opportunity to try-out with one and more of our football club partners. With our collaborations and partnerships, players have the option of selecting from over 50 Clubs, across all divisions, in Europe to try-out. Your first step towards becoming a professional footballer cannot be wrong with Ikorodu City Academy.
